Just done 38 miles Hornchurch to Epping and back via Collier Row, Gidea Park. First time out on cleats (fellow cyclists will know) and the only time I fell off was on to a park bench considerately placed for my use. PTL! Great ride. Thank you to my cycling coach- Mr Jeremy Sheamur. :)
